What is Account upgrades refund policy?
Active Subscriptions
- All subscriptions are recurring payments and the payment will automatically be made monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the subscription you have selected.
- We do not issue refunds for recurring payments, if you wish to cancel this should be done before the billing date.
- You can cancel anytime. There are no term limitations or contracts involving a minimum amount of time you must hold a subscription.
- We do not offer refunds, Once your Account upgraded to Premium Membership.
How do I manage my subscription?
If you're already subscribed to Account upgrades, you can change your plan or manage your subscription anytime here.
Dispute: We will ban users if they are in dispute with PayPal, Strip, ETC. Ban System will check if payment is refunded/reversed, downgraded, etc. If there is a dispute in progress the user is banned.
